Why Self-Compassion Matters
Self-compassion means treating yourself the way you would treat a loved one or a good friend.
Research shows that self-compassion can:
-
Improve mood and emotional well-being
-
Reduce anxiety, shame, stress, and depression
-
Boost resilience, motivation, and connection
A powerful practice that can open space for healing, growth, and joy.
